  • 150g of pork ribs

  • 200g white radish

  • 3 slices of ginger

  • 2 sections of scallion

  • A pinch of salt

  • A pinch of white pepper powder

process

1. Cut the pork ribs into pieces, put them in a pot of cold water with ginger slices, blanch them, then remove and rinse them.

2. Wash the white radish and cut it into chunks;

3. Add enough hot water to a pot, add the pork ribs, ginger slices, and scallion segments, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes;
