The main dish is low-GI buckwheat rice, paired with high-fiber spinach and high-protein hard-boiled eggs, providing a balanced diet with a strong feeling of fullness, making it a standard meal for those trying to lose weight.

  • 50g of buckwheat rice

  • 200g of spinach

  • 1 egg

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • A pinch of salt

  • Half a spoonful of cooking oil

process

1. Rinse the buckwheat thoroughly, add 1.5 times the amount of water, and steam until cooked (about 15 minutes).

2. Place the eggs in a pot of cold water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and cook for 8 minutes. Remove the eggs, rinse with cold water, and peel.
