50g of buckwheat rice
200g of spinach
1 egg
2 cloves of garlic
A pinch of salt
Half a spoonful of cooking oil
process
1. Rinse the buckwheat thoroughly, add 1.5 times the amount of water, and steam until cooked (about 15 minutes).
2. Place the eggs in a pot of cold water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and cook for 8 minutes. Remove the eggs, rinse with cold water, and peel.
