  • 100g pork tenderloin

  • 200g of broccoli

  • Half a carrot

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

  • A pinch of salt

  • Half a spoonful of starch

  • 1 tablespoon of cooking oil

1. Slice pork tenderloin thinly, add cornstarch and light soy sauce, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes;

2. Cut the broccoli into small florets and the carrot into thin slices. Blanch them separately and drain.
