  • 2 green peppers

  • 10g of dried black fungus

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • A pinch of salt

  • Half a spoonful of cooking oil

  • Half a spoonful of light soy sauce

process

1. Soak dried wood ear mushrooms until softened, wash and remove the stems, then tear into small pieces;

2. Remove the seeds from the green bell pepper and cut it into small pieces;

3. Heat oil in a pan, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant;
